Use this when accounts included in a bankruptcy still show balances or the wrong status.
When to use this template
- Accounts discharged in bankruptcy still show a balance or past-due status.
- A bankruptcy is reported with wrong dates or the wrong chapter.
Sample letter
Replace everything in [brackets], and send one letter to each bureau that shows the error.
