Security
How we handle the data you trust us with.
This page is a plain-language summary, not a compliance filing. It may evolve as the platform grows — for anything specific to your organization's requirements, talk to us directly.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Data submitted through the Service is protected with encryption both while it moves and while it's stored, as part of our administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
Role-based access
Access to a given file is limited to the people who need it to do their work — not open by default to everyone on an account.
No sale of personal information
We don't sell personal information. Data is shared only with consumer reporting agencies as necessary to process a rescore request, with service providers under confidentiality obligations, and where legally required.
Defined retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and meet legal and regulatory obligations — not indefinitely by default.
Where data goes
Three destinations, and nowhere else.
- Consumer reporting agencies — Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax, as necessary to submit and process a rescore or dispute request.
- Service providers who support hosting, communications, and platform operations, under obligations to protect the data they handle on our behalf.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, only when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rapid Rescore, our partners, or others.
The full detail on collection, use, and your rights lives in our Privacy Policy.
We don't publish a specific compliance certification on this page. If a certification is a requirement for your organization, contact us directly and we'll answer where things stand.
Stop losing approvals to a slow credit file.
